We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or limit services for maintenance or technical issues without liability. TechDojo shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

You agree to indemnify TechDojo and its affiliates against all claims, damages, legal fees, and liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Termination 

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or terminate your access for violations of the Terms or legal reasons. Upon termination, your rights immediately cease.

12. Refund Policy 

All payments made to TechDojo are non-refundable, except in cases of a proven technical error caused solely by TechDojo, which prevents the user from accessing substantially all paid content for the duration of their subscription, and any refund shall be granted only at TechDojo’s sole discretion. Users waive any right to chargebacks or payment reversals through their bank, card provider, or payment processor. Any disputes must be handled directly with TechDojo

13. Privacy & Data Policy  

We may collect personal data such as your name, email, phone number, and website activity to provide and improve our services.
Your data is stored securely and will not be shared or sold to third parties unless legally required.
By using our website, you consent to this data usage in line with our privacy practices. Users have the right to request deletion or correction of their personal data by contacting TechDojo. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide services or as legally required

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All disputes will be handled in the UAE courts.
