Interpretation and Definitions


Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

TechDojo is a product operated by WakaTech FZC (“WakaTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in the UAE. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. All rights, ownership, and obligations associated with TechDojo remain vested in WakaTech. Any reference to TechDojo within this Privacy Policy shall be understood as a product of WakaTech.
